Secure your funds

Protect your account in just few minutes by enabling following security option. Required when you send coin from main wallet (optional).
1. Download a two-factor authenticator app like Microsoft Authenticator for Windows Phone, Android and iOS or Google Authenticator for Android and iOS.
2. Scan the QR Code or enter the provided key into your two factor authenticator app. Spaces and casing do not matter.
3. Once you have scanned the QR code or input the key above, your two factor authentication app will provide you with a unique code. Enter the code in the confirmation box.

A two-factor authentication function is an additional resource that allows you to receive additional protection of access to your account, even if someone knows your password. When you log in to your account, you will be offered to enter two pieces of information: your password and a 6-digit authentication code. A new authentication code is generated every 30 seconds by an authentication application. We strongly recommend all our users to enable this security feature to prevent any potential unauthorized access to your accounts. This function is necessary to ensure the security of your assets, so please take the time to set it up as soon as possible!

Google Authenticator protects your Bitradez account from keyloggers and password theft. With two-factor authentication, you'll need both your password and an authentication code to log in. Once you turn on Google Authentication, you'll get a Authentication code to your authenticator app every time you sign in on a device.

Deposit & Withdrawal

Confirmations on the blockchain network are required to credit deposit and NO ONE is able to interfere. Time for block generation varies from coins to coins and so do required confirmations. When your deposit will be confirmed depends on network crowdedness. Your deposit will be added to your account when confirmations meet our requirement.

It depends on the platform you’re withdrawing from. If its TXID is already available in blockchain explorer, you will NOT be able to cancel this deposit.

Don’t worry: BTC/USDT deposit addresses, ETH/all ERC20 Token deposit addresses are identical with Bitradez, and Bitradez will identify your coin type and add the coins to your account accordingly when you deposit these coins. Please rest assured.

1. Required confirmations for each coin type are different. Please check carefully if your deposit address is correct and the confirmations required for each coin are reached.
2. If you mistakenly deposit via smart contract, please submit a Ticket to contact support for assistance.
3. If your deposit address is correct and has got enough confirmations yet still your account balance didn’t add up, please submit a Ticket and let us know.

If your withdrawal request remains “Pending”, you can go to [Withdrawal Details] to [Cancel] this request. Cancellation is not available if your request is “Audited” or “Sent” since your withdrawal should have been included in a block, ready for confirmation.
